By enrolling in any course offered by Focus Healthcare, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payments

A pre-booking fee of ₹1000 is required to reserve a course slot. This amount is non-refundable and will be adjusted against the total course fee.

Course fees must be paid via online transfer or in cash as per the agreed schedule.

Fee once collected is non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, dropouts, or discontinuation from the course.

2. Course Access and Attendance

Students are expected to maintain 80% attendance to be eligible for placement assistance.

Course materials and access are intended solely for enrolled students and should not be shared or redistributed.

3. Discontinuation Policy

If a student discontinues or drops out for personal or academic reasons, no part of the fee will be refunded.

Requests for deferral or batch changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and management approval.

Placement Assistance Policy – Focus Healthcare

Placement assistance is offered as a complimentary support service for students who complete their training with us. This does not guarantee employment but enhances job readiness and access to opportunities.

Placement Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of 10+2+3 academic qualification

Completion of the full course with 80% attendance

Active participation in assessments and final evaluations

2. Student Responsibilities

Professional conduct and prompt responses in all placement-related communication

Failure to respond or act on job opportunities may result in suspension from placement support

3. Conduct and Restrictions

Students are not permitted to contact hiring companies directly or refer friends for jobs listed via Focus Healthcare without written permission

4. Limitations

Final hiring decisions are made by the recruiting company

Focus Healthcare does not influence terms like shift, salary, bond policies, etc.

Declining an offer due to company policies disqualifies a student from further assistance

5. Validity

Placement assistance is valid until the first job offer post-course completion

Extended support is solely at Focus Healthcare’s discretion
